Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are adequately stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Knowledge of retail equipment and general cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
