Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, follow company procedures, and maintain store security.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
