Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Follow company policies, operate equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
