Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Work in conjunction with the team to communicate effectively and address store-related issues.
• Follow inventory procedures and contribute to inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
