Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
- Understanding and application of company policies with excellent communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Meeting requirements for handling alcoholic beverages according to state and local regulations.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience desirable.
- Education and experience combination may be considered.
