Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As part of our store operations, you will play a key role in the merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
