Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
