Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and established procedures.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform cleaning duties as per company standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
