Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are assisted promptly, and the store maintains a clean and appealing environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and uphold data security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Aptitude for operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
