Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company standards for safety and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
