Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Successful candidates will collaborate with the ALDI team, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory, and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.
• Complete general cleaning tasks and follow company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to the job requirements.
