Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues to improve service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
