Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting product, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Handle equipment safely and operate a cash register accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating equipment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
