Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. You will handle various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring cleanliness. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting items up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
