Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. standards in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
- Able to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
