Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
