Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining merchandising, cashiering, and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. standards consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize errors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
