Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, assist customers with shopping, and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
