Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with the team, uphold company policies, and engage in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and professionalism.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and report to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
