Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. From merchandising and cashiering to maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. and core competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in regular store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 for employment at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent communication, and work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred, along with high school diploma or equivalent.
