Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with a friendly approach, collaborating effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide constructive feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to uphold store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks according to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales where applicable.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- A blend of education and practical experience is valued.
