We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any arising issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands like stocking shelves and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
