Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with colleagues, uphold our company standards, and offer exceptional customer service to enhance our store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
