Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and upholding exceptional levels of customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including handling cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
