Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
