Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. You will collaborate with your team members and provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Capability to meet physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
