Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily activities.
• Operate cash registers, restock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
• Experience in retail and using cash registers is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
