Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
