Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial.
