Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store, assisting customers, and providing top-notch customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and other equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail work experience desirable.
