At ALDI, we are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate with team members will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
