Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will be key in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures diligently.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and stock merchandise, perform various physical tasks within the store environment, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Capability to operate equipment and fulfill cleaning duties proficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Compliance with handling alcoholic beverages if required by state and local regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
