Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandised, and that customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
