Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
