We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
