Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining store presentation, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support fellow team members.
• Offer feedback to management on product quality and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly related to cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
