Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the store team to ensure the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
