Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Relevant combination of education and experience is acceptable
