Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks like merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document confidentiality.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
