We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely, perform cleaning duties, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
