Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store looks its best, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team for a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Executing store inventory counts, adhering to cash policies, and upholding company procedures.
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience also considered favorably.
