Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and follow cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
