Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the essential Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company standards and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
