Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies, cash-handling procedures, and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Participate in inventory management and store counts.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
