Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As part of the ALDI team, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, maintain store cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and other store equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.
