Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi and contribute to the success of our store operations. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures to minimize errors and losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
