Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Regularly required to perform various physical tasks within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in providing excellent customer service.
• Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
