Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a leading supermarket chain. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a pleasant shopping environment while assisting customers with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
