Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, cashiering efficiently, maintaining a clean store environment, and stocking merchandise. Your dedication to teamwork and customer satisfaction will be key in enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's competency and skills guidelines.
- Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory management to store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales, if applicable.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
