Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
